Running into an issue? Here are quick solutions for the most common problems users encounter on InsightSignal.
Key Highlights
- CSV issues: Ensure UTF-8 encoding, standard column headers, and at least one data row below headers.
- Stuck verification: Large CSVs take 5-10 minutes. If truly stuck (10+ min no activity), use the "Resume Stuck Run" button.
- Missing data: Not all fields can be verified for every company. Check the Fields tab for confidence levels, or try enriching missing fields.
- Credit issues: Credits are held during processing. Refresh the page after run completion if your balance seems unchanged.
- Export problems: Check expiry date (30 days), allow popups in your browser, and wait for large exports to generate.
- CRM integration issues: Resolve connection failures, duplicate records, rate limit errors, and expired authentication with step-by-step diagnostics.
