INSIGHTSIGNAL TEAMS EDITION

Your CRM remembers the deal.
It forgets how the rep found it.

InsightSignal Teams moves every verification, research report, and ICP your reps generate into org-owned workspaces — one scoring standard, one shared credit pool, permanent ownership. When a rep leaves, the flywheel stays.

WHY TEAMS EDITION

No more pipeline scattered
across personal accounts

Every grade reflects the team's POV

The team persona becomes everyone's intent-scoring baseline. Reps can layer per-run context for a specific motion, but the org's POV anchors every grade — and every new hire inherits it on day one.

Work belongs to the team, not the rep

Verifications, research, and CRM context done with team credits stay with the org permanently. Owners and admins keep full org-wide visibility via the Mine / Org-wide toggle.

Every rep runs their own flywheel

Members seed Find More Like This from their own closed-won list. The wins and the ICPs they build belong to the team permanently — the pipeline compounds over time.

Workspace model

Your personal workspace stays yours.
Your team workspace stays your team's.

Credits, data, and CRM connections are scoped to the workspace you're currently in. You always see which one — and you can switch contexts in one click.

Personal workspace

Your private space. Your credits, your data, your CRM connection. No teammate can see it — ever.

Team workspace

Shared with members. Org credits, org data, org CRM policy. You can belong to multiple teams while keeping your personal workspace private.

Workspace switcher

A banner in the nav shows which workspace you're in. Credits, dashboards, and runs always reflect the active workspace — switch contexts in one click.

Mine / Org-wide toggle

Owners and admins switch the Dashboard, Runs, and People views between their own work and everything across the team. Members see their own work by default — focused, no overload.

Org persona = scoring standard

One scoring standard. Every rep. Every grade.

When you create a team, you set the org persona — industry, description, primary use case. From that moment, every intent score and every research report across the team reflects the team's point of view, not whichever member happened to run it.

New hires don't have to learn your scoring conventions — they inherit them. And reps can still layer per-run context for a specific outreach motion; they're adding intent on top of the team standard, not redefining it.

Persona changes apply to new runs immediately. Existing records keep the score they were graded with, so audit trails stay clean.

Team CRM

Org-level CRM policy. Rep-level attribution.

Admins define which CRM accounts the team is allowed to sync with. Each rep connects to those accounts using their own credentials — so every record pushed is attributed to the rep who pushed it, not a generic service account. Won/Lost outcomes flow back to the InsightSignal records the rep verified.

1
Admins set the CRM policy

Define which CRM accounts the team is allowed to sync with. Reps can't connect to accounts outside the policy.

2
Reps connect with their own credentials

Each member authenticates against an allowed CRM account using their own identity, so every push is attributed to the rep who made it. Connections are scoped to active membership — no orphan integrations to clean up later.

3
Outcomes flow back to org-owned records

Won/Lost badges land on the InsightSignal records the rep verified. Re-verification flags fire on contact and company changes. Records become permanent org property.

4
Members and admins both seed the flywheel

Members filter their Companies to CRM-outcome = Won and seed Find More Like This from their own closes. Owners and admins can do the same at the org level via the Mine / Org-wide toggle. Pools and verifications belong to the org — the team's pipeline compounds over time.

Roles, caps & audit

Granular control without micromanagement.

Owner

Full control. Exactly one per organization. Can transfer ownership.

Admin

Manages billing, members, spending caps, integrations, and reports.

Member

Runs verifications, research, and enrichment. Sees their own work by default; admins can extend visibility via capabilities.

Viewer

Org-wide read-only access. Can't spend credits — ideal for execs, advisors, or cross-functional stakeholders.

Per-member monthly caps

Set a monthly credit cap on any member. Caps reset monthly. When a member reaches their cap, they get an Ask Admin button instead of a billing link — spend stays predictable.

Fine-grained capabilities

Layer permissions on top of roles. Grant a specific member billing access without making them an admin, or give a viewer access to usage reports without unlocking spend.

Org-wide audit log

Every important event — member changes, billing changes, verification, research, and CRM activity — lands in Settings → Audit. Reviewable by owners, admins, and members with the reporting capability.

HOW IT WORKS

From solo account to
shared workspace

1

Create your team

Set up a team organization with its own name, slug, and org persona. The persona is what makes scoring consistent across every member.

2

Invite your colleagues

Send email invites — colleagues join in one click, even if they don't already have an InsightSignal account. Invitations expire after 14 days.

3

Assign roles and caps

Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer. Add fine-grained capabilities. Set monthly credit caps so no one runs over budget.

4

Connect the team CRM

Admins define which CRM accounts the team is allowed to sync with. Each rep connects to those accounts with their own credentials so every push attributes correctly.
