A team has one credit balance that every member draws from, refreshed each billing cycle. Admins can set an optional monthly spending cap on any individual member — a cap of zero means unlimited. Caps keep spend predictable, and they double as an allocation tool: put more of the shared pool behind your strongest performers and less behind a rep who is still ramping.

Four roles: Owner (full control, one per team), Admin (manage billing, members, and settings), Member (run verifications and research; sees their own work plus anything shared to the team), and Viewer (org-wide read-only access to the team's verified data; cannot spend credits).
