Who can use this form

Use this form to exercise your rights under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA, or any other applicable data protection law. It is open to InsightSignal account holders, authorized end users, third-party individuals whose personal data may appear in the Service, and authorized agents acting on behalf of another person.

What happens after you submit

We will acknowledge your request by email, verify your identity with the minimum information needed, and respond substantively within 30 days of receipt. For complex or voluminous requests we may extend the response window by up to an additional 60 days where permitted by law; if we need to do so we will tell you in writing.

We may need to contact you for additional information to locate your record (especially if you are a third-party data subject) or to confirm your authorization (if you are an agent). Information you provide will be used solely to respond to your request.

Account holders — faster path

If you have an InsightSignal account, the fastest way to exercise most rights is through the in-app privacy console at Profile → Privacy & Data, which supports access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out without leaving the application.
