InsightOpus Inc. ("InsightOpus") may engage and use certain third-party data processors ("Sub-Processors") in the course of providing the InsightSignal platform and related services (the "Service"). These Sub-Processors may have access to personal data provided directly by our customers, or to which we may have access in order to perform the contracted Service. InsightOpus imposes data protection terms with each Sub-Processor regarding their security controls, the personal data they may access, and the purposes for which they may process it.
This page is incorporated by reference into the InsightOpus Privacy Policy, our Data Processing Addendum, and any master agreement executed with an InsightOpus customer.

AI Client Recipients (User-Initiated)
The following providers may receive data from your InsightSignal account when you, the user, voluntarily install one of their AI clients as a custom connector to InsightSignal. These providers are not InsightSignal sub-processors in the traditional sense — InsightOpus does not initiate data transfers to them. They become recipients only in response to your own queries inside their AI client (for example, asking ChatGPT or Claude a question that triggers it to call the InsightSignal connector).
You control this access. Removing the InsightSignal custom connector from your ChatGPT or Claude account, or revoking the connection under Profile → Integrations → Manage Access → Connected Apps inside InsightSignal, immediately stops further data transfers.

Updates to this list
Customers may request advance notification of additions or replacements to the Sub-Processor list by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Sub-Processor Notification Request". Subscribed customers will receive notice at least 30 days prior to any such change. Customers may object during the notice window as described in the Data Processing Addendum; if the objection cannot be resolved, the customer may terminate the affected portion of the Service and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for unused Service.
International transfers
Where a Sub-Processor is located outside the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland and the data protection laws of that jurisdiction have not been deemed adequate, transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the Swiss FDPIC-approved Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy of the transfer mechanism for a specific Sub-Processor is available on request to [email protected].
