Compliance & Trust Reports

InsightOpus Inc. designates a Compliance & Trust Officer responsible for content moderation, CSAM reporting, DMCA compliance, and cooperation with law enforcement. This page lists the channels and information required to report different categories of abuse so we can review and respond promptly.

Report Non-Consensual Content or Likeness Violations

InsightOpus prohibits the creation or use of content that depicts a real person without their consent, including AI-generated images, videos, or other media that misuse an individual’s likeness, identity, or persona. If you believe your likeness has been used without authorization on or through our Services, you may submit a report using the channels below. These channels are monitored by the Company’s Compliance & Trust team.

Required information

The form requests, and to allow prompt review every report must include:

Full legal name of the reporting individual.
Contact email address.
Confirmation that the reporter is the person depicted or an authorized legal representative.
URL(s) or unique identifiers of the content being reported.
Description of how the content violates their likeness or consent rights.
A statement made in good faith that the content was generated or used without consent.
An electronic signature or typed legal name.

Proof of identity (government-issued ID, which may be redacted except for name and photo) will be requested in our acknowledgement email before any enforcement action is taken. Incomplete submissions may delay investigation.

Response timeframe

Acknowledgement of receipt within 24 hours.
Review and investigation within 24–48 hours.
Removal or disabling of content determined to violate this policy.
Enforcement action where appropriate, including suspension or termination of responsible accounts.

Legal cooperation & abuse of process

The Company will preserve relevant records as required by law and will cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and regulatory authorities when applicable. Submitting false or misleading claims may result in account termination and potential legal action.

Report Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

InsightOpus has a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAM. To report CSAM or any content or conduct that exploits or endangers minors, email [email protected]. We will preserve and share material with law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (“NCMEC”) CyberTipline, as required by law.

DMCA Copyright Infringement

To submit a notice of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, follow the procedure in section X of our Terms and Conditions. Notices may be sent to:
